How To Register
Your registration is complete only when we have received full payment for your class.

In the upper right corner here at our website we will see the Parent Portal button. Click on and set up your account. You can also get our App. After you go to the Parent Portal you can get the App. If you need any assistance doing this call our office at 616-866-8731 or e-mail us and we can assist you.
You can register at any time.
If at any time you want assistance or to register over the phone call our office at 616-866-8731.
You will want to get a copy of our Student Information Form. If you have more than one child you need to fill out a form for each child. You can go to the button below to view it and download it. We can also fax you a copy, e-mail you one, mail it to you, or you can stop in our office and get one. Here is how to fill out the form.
Personal Information. Fill out this section.
Class Information. You can get complete class information by choosing, “Programs Offered” in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Once you have determined what program you want for your child put that information on the form. We will inform you if we have to use your second choice of classes.
Payment information. We currently list tuition for the full session only. To get tuition amounts go to the button below for all tuition information. After the first week of the session call our office at 616-866-8731 or e-mail us at for the prorated amount.
Multi-Child Discount: This is for immediate family brothers and sisters only. If you have a second child taking classes, you get 5% off your total tuition. If you have three or more children in the program you get 10% off your total class tuition.
Annual Membership Fee: There is NO membership fee for the Summer Session
This is a required annual fee. It runs from September 1, 2020 - August 31, 2021. This is a
non-refundable fee. There are no discounts on this fee.
The Annual Membership is as follows: $25.00. You only pay one per family.
6. "Acknowledgment of Risk and Waiver of Liability" and "Permission to Treat" sections. They
need to be filled out, signed, and dated. We cannot except any student without his form.
You cannot alter the form in any way.
7. There are 4 ways to complete your registration.
a) Bring it to our office. You can use any method of payment. We do not accept
b) Online. At the top of this page is the directions to register online
c) Mail. Please do not mail cash. If you are using credit card please fill out the
information on the form.
d) E-mail. Our e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Send your form
as an attachment such as PDF or JPEG. The only form of payment via e-mail is
credit card. For registrations mailed, faxed, or by e-mail we will confirm your
registration either by a phone call or e-mail.
